Ingredients:
1 small Onion, diced
2 cups Grandpa Pete’s Sunday Vodka Sauce
2 cups (6 oz.) sliced Mushrooms
1 tablespoon fresh Basil
1 tablespoon Butter Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, melt butter.
Add onion & sauté until translucent, about 10 minutes.
Add mushrooms, sauté for 5 minutes.
Stir in vodka sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Add basil, season with salt & pepper to taste.
Optional – Top with seasoned croutons when serving.
